Today I jz messed up something. Haih~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Now I know y my father want to retire early (around 7 yrs early) as a business man. Doing business is no fun...........especially ethical business man. Y there are so many debts for every company? Easy..........(this is real one) Seng Heng receives 10 units of washing machines from Samsung dealers. u think SH will pay for 10 units immediately? Of course NO..............they will pay after "some" days and maynot in a full amount. U still need to supply to them. Y? cause u got no way to sell ur stuffs........................ :s



That's y my father really hate those company with bad debts background.

My company has a funny policy, eerrr, actually most of the companys have this policy. Payment term is 60 days later after goods is received. Well.........for manufacturing this can be done. I depends on your goods provided and u depends on me to sell you things (symbiosis?).



For travel??? erm.............I "play, eat and sleep" first, after months only I pay. I wonder any hotel and restaurant in this world provide sush a "WONDERFUL" package? So, I accidently meesed up and the travel agent dun wan to do business with me :(
